During my stay at the Renaissance Sharm El Sheikh Golden View Beach Resort, I enjoyed stunning views and a beautiful location. However, I encountered several issues with service quality and the state of the facilities, which really detracted from my experience. Overall, it was a mixed bag and leaves room for improvement.

I had a Premium Sea View room, which was fairly spacious, boasting an amazing king-sized bed and a huge bathroom. While the view was amazing, the room itself felt quite dated, which might explain why there are renovations planned.

Unfortunately, the service was subpar. I experienced rude interactions with staff on multiple occasions, which was disappointing, especially for a place that carries the Marriott name. The staff could benefit from a crash course in hospitality.

The resort's location is a definite highlight. The views are lovely and being next to Fanar beach was fantastic, but it's a bit of a trek from the city center.
